not up-to-date. The Client should confirm the Cost for
services by checking up with the laboratory.
The Company, after conducting medical tests issues a
physical, printed hard copy of medical test report, duly
signed by an authorized representative of the Company to
all its Clients. The duties and responsibilities of the Company
ends with the conducting of the medical tests and issuance
of physical, printed hard copy of medical test report.
In addition to
physical, printed hard copy of medical test report, for the convenience of
the Client, the Company
also provides test reports online on the Company's website
(www.aminspathlab.com) which can be viewed over the Internet.
The client should note that exactly the same information contained in the hard copy is
uploaded using software programs on the Company
website which the Client can view securely using the provided user
id and password. This service of providing online reports
is totally free of cost and does not form a part of the
services provided by the Company. The Client agrees that it will use the Online web-based
reports provided by The
Company at the its own risk.
Although the Company has taken due care in ensuring
that the online web-based reports are accurate and matches
with the printed hard copy issued physically by the
laboratory, it is possible under extremely rare
circumstances, due to software errors, poor internet
connection or any other reason whatsoever, that there may be
discrepancies between the physical hard copy report and
the online web-web-based report.
The Client agrees that under no circumstances will the Company
be held responsible for any such errors in the
online web-web-based report. In case of such a discrepancy, the Client should inform the
Company concerning the same and the error will be
rectified by the the Company at the earliest.
Under no circumstances does the Company certify the
medical or legal validity of the online web-based medical
test report unless the same is examined and duly signed by
an authorized representative of the Company.
Under all circumstances the test results as described
in the physical, printed hard copy of medical test report,
duly signed by an authorized representative of the Company
shall prevail upon the test results displayed in the
online web-web-based report on the Company
website.
The Company will provide The Client with services and support in all good faith to the best of its ability. However The
Company reserves the right to refuse service to The Client if the same, for any reason is prohibited by Law or is inconsistent with the prevailing practices under such services in the opinion of The
Company.
If for any reason if The Company is unable to provide
the agreed service to the Client due to the fault of the
Company then the Company shall refund the payment received
from the Client to the extent of the part of the service
which was not provided to the Client.
The Company makes no commitment concerning the availability of this website over the
Internet. The Company is free to update or correct any Information that appears on the this web site, to change or stop this website at any time without any prior notice.
